About us
Enterprise experience. Global perspective. Entrepreneurial drive.
E-ASE brings together the experience of enterprise technology leaders, consultants and entrepreneurs who understand what it takes to turn a business ambition into working software.
Our principals — Rajeshwar Mitra, Malay Verma and Anupam Haldar — bring complementary perspectives across enterprise leadership, global markets, consulting, technology innovation and startup building. Their collective experience shapes our approach: start with the business need, apply engineering discipline and keep people accountable for outcomes.
We are building E-ASE to bring that approach to autonomous software engineering — connecting business context, coordinated agents and human judgment across the delivery lifecycle.

Human authority. Agent autonomy. Governed collaboration.
