This policy describes how Greymatter Innovationz handles information collected through this website for ASE. It is maintained by Greymatter Innovationz and covers marketing-site activity only; contractual terms for customer deployments are agreed separately.

Information we collect

Information you submit through the Guided Build form: your name, work email, company, role, and the delivery context you choose to share.

Basic technical information required to serve the site securely, such as request metadata handled by our hosting provider.

How we use information

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a Guided Build session, and communicate about ASE.

To improve the clarity and relevance of the information we publish about the platform.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use submitted delivery context to train public models.

Storage and processors

Form submissions are stored in a managed cloud database used by this website. Access is restricted to authorized ASE personnel.

We use a small number of infrastructure processors for hosting, database and email. We can provide the current list on request.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of business correspondence, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing contact@e-ase.com.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Security

We apply access controls and encrypted transport for information submitted through this site. No public claim of a specific certification is made here; certifications are described on the Enterprise page with their current status.
